Dedicated Community Managers– BHIVE has dedicated Community Managers for all centres. They come from hospitality backgrounds. The entire staff at BHIVE is friendly and approachable. They are always ready to attend to member requests and solve the issues at the earliest.
Trained Security & housekeeping staff – BHIVE has well-trained security personnel manning all its seven centres 24*7.In addition, to ensure the upkeep of the centres we have housekeeping & pantry staff.
Grievance Redressal– Be it a hot desk member or dedicated desk coworker or a cabin member, everyone is given personal attention. We ensure all our members are heard and their requests are met in time. They are free to bring out any issues they are facing to our Community team through face to face interactions, emails and messages. BHIVE also formally and informally gauges customer delight on a monthly basis to ensure a seamless experience for its members.
Round the clock facilities – The facilities are available and open to use for all the members from cabin users to open desk users. Some of the facilities available are – leased line wi-fi, unlimited tea and coffee, printing & stationery, housekeeping and pantry staff & facilities, in-house IT team, meeting & boardroom facilities, café, security and CCTV surveillance. One can also reach out to the Guest Relationship Executive or Community Manager for any assistance or support they require.
