Yes, cross-centre booking is enabled where applicable during the rollout phase.
Is this available at all BHIVE centres?
Currently live at HSR 27th Main. Other centres will be enabled soon as part of the phased rollout.
I don’t see the Meeting Room option on my app. Why?
Your Company SPOC must register you as a Member Admin and coordinate with the BHIVE Customer Success Team to activate access.
Can I still use Skedda to book rooms?
No. Skedda will no longer be functional for Meeting & Conference Room bookings.
Where can I book Meeting & Conference Rooms now?
All bookings must be made exclusively on the BHIVE App.
What is the BHIVE Weekend Club Access?
Weekend BHIVE Club Access gives you the freedom to bring along 3 of your friends & family and work from any BHIVE centre in Bengaluru & Mumbai to enjoy exclusive access to our recreational and sports zones.
Do I need to complete my KYC to use another centre ?
Yes. As part of our safety protocols, all members must complete their KYC verification to access any centre. This will be done at the gate, where you’ll need to present a valid Government-issued ID proof.
Does WFA apply to dedicated desks or private offices?
No. WFA applies only to floating zones. Permanent desks and private offices are covered under separate contracts.
Can I bring guests with WFA?
WFA is for member use only. Guest access depends on your membership agreement and centre policies. Please reach out to your Community Manager.
Is WFA access unlimited?
Yes, WFA access is unlimited for all WFA enabled centres.
