Founder and CEO

Shesh has been instrumental in building the BHIVE Group, consisting of BHIVE Workspace and BHIVE Properties. The Workspace wing with 29+ centres across Bengaluru and Mumbai, while BHIVE Properties, the finance wing, has done 200+ crores of business.

Hailing from Mysore, Shesh studied engineering in the prestigious technology institute, NITK Surathkal. After spending 3 years in the corporate world in Bengaluru, Shesh moved to the US to gain exposure to the dynamics of western economy. He worked in the Wall Street for 8 years, where he honed his expertise in global financial dynamics, which played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the BHIVE Group.

In 2014, Shesh returned to India and laid the foundation for the BHIVE Group, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.

Co-founder

Arun has been with BHIVE as an Investor and Advisor since April 2014 and joined the team full-time in June 2018. His career includes roles at the UK India Business Council since July 2014, and previously with IDA Ireland.

With exposure to both private and government sectors, Arun has industry experience in FMCG, Telecom, and BFSI, having worked with American Express, Coca Cola, and Bharti Airtel. Arun is an active early-stage investor and advisor, focusing on business growth, financial planning, and fundraising.

Arvind is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategic advisor with extensive experience across the travel, hospitality, and co-working sectors. He is the founder of a luxury travel firm specializing in bespoke, high-end experiences for discerning clients.

He serves on the Advisory Board of BHIVE, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and growth strategy, and is also a partner and advisor at the Hoysala Group, the force behind the acclaimed Bengaluru Café brand.

Beyond business, Arvind is deeply committed to social impact. He serves as Vice President of the Raksha Foundation and leads the Match Point Table Tennis Academy, where he actively mentors and supports emerging sporting talent.

Naresh has made his mark as a successful serial entrepreneur & visionary investor. He founded the Monuments Advertisers Pvt. Ltd., a renowned Bangalore based company specializing in events & advertising.

As a nationalist, Naresh has played a pivotal role in 6 Lok Sabha & 6 Vidhan Sabha elections. He is highly regarded for his organizational acumen, and crisis management skills. He has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Karnataka Savitha Samaja Abhivruddhi Nigama by the Government of Karnataka.
