• Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired SVG Media in an all-cash transaction for $110-$125 million
• Whodat, an augmented reality (AR) platform, has raised $600,000 (approximately Rs 3.86 crore) from Ideaspring Capital
• Cyber-security solutions provider Innefu Labs has raised $2 million in a series A round of funding from venture capital fund IndiaNivesh
•, is in advanced talks to raise $20 million in a Series D round of funding from new investor IIFL Seed Ventures Fund
• Absentia raises Rs 8 Cr from Exfinity VP, V Balakrishnan and Mohandas Pai, Deepak Ghaisas and Girish Paranjpe; Absentia is using the funds to build Norah AI, an artificial intelligence engine that can create interactive content for games with minimal human intervention
