Frequently Asked Questions
WFA is an additional feature for all the BHIVE members with an active contract. It lets you work from floating zones at any WFA enabled BHIVE locations for a fixed number of weekdays each month and unlimited days on the weekends.
Additionally, the access resets each month.
Floating zones are shared, unassigned seating areas within the participating BHIVE centres. They are ideal for WFA users, day-pass users, mobile workers, and cross-centre visitors without the commitment of a permanent desk.
You can use WFA for up to 5 weekdays per month. And you can use WFA for unlimited times on weekends.
Yes, but each location visits counts separately toward your monthly 5-day limit. For example, visiting two centres in a single day will deduct two days from your allowance.
No. WFA has a limit of 5 weekdays per month and unlimited weekend access across all WFA Enabled centres.
WFA is for member use only. Guest access depends on your membership agreement and centre policies, please check with your Community Manager.
Once your 5-day allowance is used up:
- You can still visit your home centre (as per your contract).
- Additional cross-centre visits may be charged or require a day pass purchase.
- You can also visit on the weekends.
No. WFA applies only to floating zones. Permanent desks and private offices are covered under separate contracts.
Yes. As part of our safety protocols, all members must complete their KYC verification to access any centre. This will be done at the gate, where you’ll need to present a valid Government-issued ID proof.
