Role : Training and Quality Audit Manager – Facilities

Experience Range : 4 to 6yrs years (in Hospitality industry) – Experience above 6 years will not be considered

Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management from Top 20 institutes in India

Role Summary :

This is a role where you would have to help ensure that all BHIVE coworking locations are having trained employees and quality operations. Will need to have a view on Quality audit of all locations. You would have to work towards getting facility team members trained with soft skills, housekeeping tasks, safety and security of the building and ensure that upkeep standards are maintained to BHIVE standards. The tasks that you would span across most departments of BHIVE. You need to be a multi-tasker to be able to do this job well.

We are looking for a young and dynamic candidate for the role. Past experience in the Hospitality Industry / Facility Management would be an advantage.

  • Plan and manage facility training.
  • Conduct 1:1 training for Supervisors.
  • Daily inspection and audit of premises for cleanliness, hygiene and standards. Take corrective actions as and when required.
  • Responsible for the team members grooming, uniform standard, cleanliness, hygiene and overall attitude of the staff.
  • Close liaise/ communication with the concerned and reporting manager with respect to day-to-day activities happening in the facility.
  • Audit stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.
  • Responsible for training housekeeping.
  • Seek potential candidates for promotion and training.
  • Be creative and show ingenuity to improve utility, productivity and cost control.
  • Audit attendance register of the outsourced staff on a daily basis.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all employees.
  • Ensure that all administration, legal documents are kept up to date and available for inspection by management and legal authorities.
  • Ensure that the highest possible standards are attained and maintained in areas at all centers.
  • Perform duties whenever required to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Check with the client, take feedback to ensure that quality is being maintained.
  • Keep a strict control on the maintenance, property and other equipment provided by the company.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and ongoing evaluation of preventive maintenance systems.
  • Organizing and Coordinating fire evacuation drills.
  • Respond to emergency situations throughout the facility and help to coordinate any related function in order to accommodate the safety of customers, visitors and staff.
  • Audit pantry, cafeteria services, meeting rooms and entire office spaces and maintain a Hygiene plan.
  • Training on horticulture and maintaining them at the site.
  • Training on specialization in handling back-office operations, confidential Mails, Quotations, Monthly Billing, Cheques Etc.
