Role Summary : 

Sales is the most critical function of BHIVE. You would be accountable and responsible for consistently increasing gross margin through the generation of new business. You would be responsible for the sales strategy quarter on quarter whereby achieving the overall organization goals.

Key Deliverables :

  • Be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE 
  • Identify new B2B opportunities and meet potential clients
  • Lead, develop and manage a group of sales professionals who are customer centric, accountable and collaborative
  • Strategize the outbound lead generation mechanism and guide the team towards achieving the same
  • Be data driven in setting, managing and achieving team’s sales goals through daily and weekly pipeline review and forecasts
  • Provide weekly insights and business status updates, conduct quarterly analyses, deduce actionable business intelligence, and formulate improvement plans
  • Work collaboratively with other functional teams in the company to make sure the customer remains at the center of our product
  • Research, network and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Effective use of Salesforce with statistical analysis and report generation
