Role Summary : 

BHIVE Workspace is looking to hire a highly motivated and energetic Head of Projects, who will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of the Projects team of BHIVE. You will lead a team of  Architects and Project Associates in day to day operations of the projects team and would be responsible for end-to-end project management and interior execution of the new and existing expansions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall quality, budget and schedule for projects for Bhive.
  • Responsible for building the entire project plan for Bhive as buildings and projects were undertaken.
  • Be responsible for setting up the entire project cost in advance.
  • Build a strong pipeline of robust and efficient vendors to comply with Bhive design and project standards.
  • Full process oversight of the project team with handover SOPs
  • Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the group to ensure that project timelines are met.
  • Ensure the project team is adequately resourced to achieve project goals Inspire the project team to achieve goals through effective leadership
  • Lead all project stage reviews and signoffs from High Interest through Handoff Serve as the primary point of contact for all extended and external project team members
  • Timely communication with the Leadership team on Project Updates/risks along with mitigation plans. 
  • Accountable to identify potential impacts to project budget, schedule, and quality
  • Substantial involvement during Due Diligence and Layout to understand lease terms, develop estimates and initial budget, and secure necessary approvals
  • Substantial involvement during Documentation and Pre-construction/Bidding to secure access agreements, finalize the budget, award contracts, and release construction Substantial involvement during Construction, Staging and Closeout to ensure construction completion and finalize invoicing.
  • Ensure the project team is working with Operations and Community teams to successfully Handover the Project to Facilities.
  • Ensure the project team is working with the clients team to get the right solution and cost out in a time-bound manner. 
  • Manage the Design and Procurement team to Value engineers at different stages of the project and save as much as possible.
  • Responsible for vendor management at site and to commercially closing the project once the work is completed as per the terms and conditions. 
  • Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary.
  • Work across the department to roll out new initiatives and meet targets.  
  • Must be willing and able to travel to oversee the projects at the various stages.  


  • 7-10 years of experience in all phases in the mentioned industry or similar.
  • Be familiar with construction industry best practices, building & ADA codes Know AutoCAD/drafting and be able to draw construction details
  • Have sufficient experience in managing teams and leading from the front in setting high infrastructure standards.
  • Must have had the experience of managing large projects worth 20+cr
  • Must have experience in working with leadership
  • Should have experience in commercial real estate(preferably managed office space/coworking)
  • BE/Diploma(Engg) in Civil or Equivalent.
