Role Summary :

BHIVE Workspace is looking to hire a highly motivated and energetic Project Manager, who will play a key role in ensuring efficiency of the Projects team of BHIVE. You will lead a team of Architects and Project Associates in day to day operations of the projects team and would be responsible for end to end project management and interior execution of the new and existing expansions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall quality, budget and schedule for projects for BHIVE.
  • Responsible for building the entire project plan for BHIVE as buildings and projects undertaken.
  • Be responsible for setting up the entire project cost in advance.
  • Build a strong pipeline of robust and efficient vendors to comply with BHIVE design and project standards.
  • Full process oversight of the project team with handover SOP’s
  • Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the group to ensure that project timelines are met.
  • Insure project team is adequately resourced to achieve project goals Inspire project team to achieve goals through effective leadership
  • Lead all project stage reviews and signoffs from High Interest through Handoff Serve as primary point of contact for all extended and external project team members
  • Timely communication with the Leadership team on Project Updates/risks along with mitigation plans.
  • Accountable to identify potential impacts to project budget, schedule, and quality
  • Substantial involvement during Due Diligence and Layout to understand lease terms, develop estimates and initial budget, and secure necessary approvals
  • Substantial involvement during Documentation and Pre-construction/Bidding to secure access agreements, finalize budget, award contracts, and release construction Substantial involvement during Construction, Staging and Closeout to insure construction completion and finalize invoicing.
  • Ensure the project team is working with Operations and Community teams to successfully Handover the Project to Facilities.
  • Ensure the project team is working with the clients team to get the right solution and cost out in a time bound manner.
  • Manage the Design and Procurement team to Value engineer at different stages of the project and save as much as possible.
  • Responsible for vendor management at site and to commercially close the project once the work is completed as per the terms and conditions.
  • Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary.
  • Work across the department to roll out new initiatives and meeting targets.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to oversee the projects at the various stages.


  • 7-10 years of experience of all phases in the mentioned industry or similar.
  • Be familiar with construction industry best practices, building & ADA codes Know AutoCAD/drafting and be able to draw construction details
  • Have sufficient experience in managing teams and leading from the front on setting high infrastructure standards.
  • Must have had experience of managing large projects worth 20+cr
  • Must have experience in working with leadership
  • Should have experience in commercial real estate(preferably managed office space/co working)
  • BE/Diploma(Eng.) in Civil or Equivalent.How To Apply?
