Role : Management Trainee – CEO Office

Experience Range : 0-2 years of General Management

Contract Duration : Full Time

Qualification : Full Time MBA  (1 or 2 year on campus program from Top 10 Management Schools), BE/B.Tech from Top 10 Engineering institutes, Graduation from other Top 10 Graduate Colleges of your field. Candidates with B.E/ B.Tech + MBA preferred

Interview Process : Applicant questionnaire > Assessment > Face to Face Rounds > HR Round

Role Summary : 

The Management Trainee should be able to shoulder multiple tasks included but not limited to:

  • Communication from and to CEO’s office
  • Stakeholder management/ Investor Relations
  • Coordinating with other departments
  • Assisting in Legal/ Finance/ Regulatory aspects of the strategic projects
  • High amount of multitasking

The person is expected to be a self-starter and hardworking whose success is measured by the level of productivity increase that is brought in to the CEO.

Key Deliverables :

  • Should have strong analytical skills 
  • Should have structured and effective communication
  • Presentations and Financial modeling as and when needed
  • Efficient in taking notes of the meetings and creating reports out of it
  • Ability to learn fast and deliver simultaneously
  • Should enjoy multitasking and have the desire to learn more 
  • Should be good in product and market research 
  • Manage any other additional tasks assigned by the CEO or leadership team in terms of business requirement
