Role Summary

You would be a part of the huge expansion plan of BHIVE and would be able to contribute directly to the growing needs of the organization. You would be responsible for developing the marketing strategy, design initiatives and execute the same whereby leading to lead generation and achieving overall business targets.  Within this role, you will contribute to profitable sales growth of business unit(s) by supporting the creation and implementation of strategies and plans that differentiate us from competitors.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Design, Drive and Execute all marketing activities for BHIVE spanning around digital marketing, BTL activities, Social Media marketing, Blogging, Brand Positioning, PR and the likes
  • Ensure implementation of various marketing initiatives with strong focus on lead generation and overall ROI
  • Own and manage all social media channels for BHIVE whereby generating leads
  • Ensure superlative SEO for BHIVE whereby establishing the organization as a Partner of Choice
  • Collaborate, network and work with several partners to co-partner initiatives
  • Regularly report the effectiveness of various campaigns and related ROI
  • Drive the launch of several initiatives under the BHIVE brand
  • Implement strategic communications plans and marketing initiatives in support of membership acquisition/retention, brand management and business relationship goals.
