We started out as the oldest coworking brand of Bangalore and it is now one of the largest chain of coworking spaces in Bangalore. It was established in the year 2014. We have a presence in multiple key locations of Bangalore on track to expand to multiple other key locations of Bangalore. Beyond coworking, we have entered other flexible leasing products like managed office and enterprise leasing solutions. We are also on track to enter asset heavy real estate models in the near future.

Role Summary : 

Hospitality is the USP of BHIVE. The Hospitality Team comprises experienced professionals from 5 star hotels. Front Desk Associate  – Hospitality plays a key role in the overall customer experience at BHIVE. You would be assisting the Centre Head of a center and ensure best-in-class operations of the center thereby ensuring superlative customer experience and a profitable P&L. Complete operational follow ups of BHIVE Center with 500+ member capacity, which would be 24/7 operational, with work responsibility of at least 3 security guards, center supervisor, 7 to 10 HK staff, handymen is expected. While leadership is a key skill, hands-on work is also expected. You will also be the relationship manager for well over 500 members who are part of 15 to 20 companies that would be located in your center along with showing round of the properties

Key Deliverables :

  • Be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE 
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Managing reception area with all necessary stationery and material as per the BHIVE standards
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily couriers and register handling
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting access cards as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, etc and maintain proper records
  • Effective register maintenance as per the BHIVE standards
  • Ensuring enhancement of BHIVE standards on a consistent basi
  • Handling showrounds at the center when required 

Key Competencies :
