Role Summary :

BHIVE Alts is a Fintech Investment platform creating a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities. Customer Success/Hospitality is the USP of BHIVE since we have a large portfolio of 16 offices across Bangalore which can be leveraged. The customer success Team comprises experienced professionals from the hospitality industry who are able to create customer delight through innovative initiatives.

Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in the overall customer experience of BHIVE Alts who are all Ultra High Networth Individuals. You would be operating as an investor touchpoint and will be responsible for engaging them throughout their journey with BHIVE Alts and complete operational ownership of BHIVE investors. While leadership is a key skill, hands-on work is also expected.  This is an opportunity to transition from a hospitality role to a 360o customer engagement role in a fast-growing Fintech.

Note: Preference will be given to those who have a basic understanding of Financials or have the willingness to learn & ace this program. 

Key Deliverables :

  • Be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE
  • Responsible for catering to hospitality of all investors (HNI, UHNI, Overseas, etc,)
  • Responsible for executing all the agreements of the investors who have invested in BHIVE’s retail offerings via the automated tools given to the CRM.
  • Responsible for driving referral sales with the existing investors & growing their own customer base. 
  • Responsible for maintaining all the client related information as a one big data pool & own it up for the company.
  • Front-end and manage the investors  whereby ensuring superlative customer experience
  • Design, Deploy and Drive Customer engagement initiatives
  • Take strategic initiatives to ensure customer referral programme
    Responsible for administering Customer Satisfaction surveys and working towards a 100% CSAT
  • Ensure enhancement of BHIVE standards on a consistent basis
  • Ensure compliance as per BHIVE SOP
