BHIVE is a technology company that is disrupting office space leasing business through its zero brokerage office leasing platform. It has hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space on its platform which are offered in varied forms of office space such as coworking space, customized furnished office and bare shell building. BHIVE’s aim is to help tenants find right kind of office space solution for its needs with least amount of time and money, have hassle-free operations so that they can focus on their business while ensuring that landlords are able to have good and stable rental income by bringing in market efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full sales cycle – initial engagement to understand client requirements, site visits, pitching, negotiation and closures
  • Cold call as applicable to ensure a robust pipeline. Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Create business proposals that are aligned with the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Collaboration with internal teams to get right fit properties for accounts/clients
  • Consistently maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements

Key Competencies

  • Effective communicator, excellent communications, both oral and written skills are a must (knowledge of local and regional languages is a plus)
  • Must be a driven and self motivated and have a sales oriented mindset
  • Must be detail oriented with good organisational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Established proficiency in client interactions with closure of sales deals
  • Should be data driven with good analytic mind for lead analysis and report generation.
