Manjula Sridhar is the Founder of ArgByte a cyber crime analytics software. She is a techie with 2 decades of work experience in tech industry with specific focus on networks and security. She has been founder and CTO of Aujas Networks and has worked with many MNCs .
She is a mentor at Indian Institute of Bangalore’s Incubation centre and MS Accelerator. She is a fellow at iSpirt a think tank for Indian Entrepreneurship and runs iKenStartup a bootcamp for early Entrepreneurs

About Mr. Shriram Subramanian
Mr Shriram is Founder and Managing Director of InGovern Research Services Pvt Ltd. He is passionate about corporate governance and shareholder activism. His views are regularly sought by Indian and global media, including Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Forbes, and he has been a speaker or panellist at many conferences. He completed PGDM and MS in Financial Engineering. He is also a regular panelist on CNBC TV on corporate governance issues. In 2012, he was invited by Yale University, USA and recognized as a pioneer in corporate governance in an emerging market. He has been a member of the CII National Committee on Financial Markets since 2014. He has over 20 years of global capital markets experience. Before starting InGovern in 2010, he was heading Wealth and Asset Management at Infosys Consulting, consulting to global investment banks and asset management firms. Prior to Infosys Consulting, Shriram worked in derivatives consulting, private equity investment banking and equity research.
Workshop 2 Details: Mr. N Raveendranath Kaushik, a Cost Accountant from ICAI(CMA) will discuss all available opportunities for start-ups to avail debt funding in India. Often start-ups are ignorant about the schemes, grants and debt opportunities available in the market to fund their projects.

Mr N Raveendranath Kaushik a Cost and Management Accountant by profession is specialised in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Cost Advising, Project Consulting and Financial Training. Kaushik, before starting his own consulting firm worked in various industries and has a vast experience in finance domains.
CMA N Raveendranath Kaushik, is a qualified Cost Accountant from ICAI(CMA) and holds Post Graduate degrees in Economics, Finance and Taxation. Kaushik has also done MPhil in Economics and a certified professional in International Taxation from IIIT, WTO studies.
Kaushik, is associated with many institutes in different capacities. Kaushik is a resource person with SEBI and also certified empanelled assessor for the NSDC skill development program. He is serving as Secretary and Chairman-Professional Development with Bengaluru Chapter of Cost Accountants. Kaushik is a member of Chamber of Tax consultants, IEDRC-Hong-Kong, FIPT and LUB.
