Having started out as an Electronics Engineer from Birla Institute of Engineering & TechnologyShubham moved from Flipkart to Exotel to pursue a career in sales. Currently, he is the General Manager of Customer Success at Exotel. Outside of work, Shubham has a fascination for gadgets which often finds him dismantling them, just to figure out their internal architecture. He is also passionate about running and aspires to run an Ultra marathon someday.’
