Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers directly and through phone calls courteously and promptly
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for day to day activities.
  • Collect payments, manage inventory sheets & petty cash.
  • Regulate the usage of the workspace by managing Pass, Access Card & Member ID etc.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Hospitaly/Hotel Managementcan apply.
  • Female candidates only
  • 1+ years of administration/operations/Customer Service can apply.
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills & positive attitude
