Design Thinking For Innovation

Product managers, entrepreneurs, and designers struggle every day to connect with their users and build innovative products that are good for both the business and the users. Learning better user research techniques and design thinking methodologies can make it easier to build things that people love.

In this one day workshop, you’ll learn how to:

Identify your key users

Do great qualitative research and customer development

Use the business model canvas to find product/market fit

Use design thinking to generate creative design concepts

Validate that your ideas will improve your bottom line

What to Expect?

This is a hands-on workshop, so expect to work hard. You’ll be running customer interviews, designing a product, and getting feedback on your work. We will also explore the latest design thinking approaches like game storming, rapid sketch prototypes, and embodied cognition techniques to unleash latent creativity and insights.

Pradeep is the Founder & CEO of a Stealth Startup which primarily focuses on Events. He is a part-time Mentor @ NUMA Bangalore ( A Paris based Startup Accelerator – https://www.numabengaluru.com/) ,an Events Manager @ Startup Pirates Bangalore (A Portugal based Pre-Accelerator – https://www.startuppirates.org/) & Startup Weekend (TechStars – https://startupweekend.org/). He is very passionate about Entrepreneurship & loves to help Entrepreneurs build World changing companies. He is experienced in Business Model Innovation and Venture Capital financing.

Prior to this, he worked at an Investment firm in Bangalore and multiple stints at US Government Agencies like Client Network Services Inc., (CNSI)/US Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Washington DC. As well as short term gigs @ innovative startups like ZoomCars (Bangalore), Plutora (Australia), & G2G (Bangalore).
