Subramanian S. Kalpathi (Subbu) is the author of The Millennials: Exploring The World Of The Largest Living Generation, published by Penguin Random House. He is a Senior Consultant at HR Consulting Firm People Business. He has worked with a range of clients across sectors, in the areas of Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Learning & Development and Talent Management. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from SIES GST and an MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), where he is also visiting faculty. He also dabbles in Improv Theatre and enjoys playing the guitar.
