Shesh Paplikar
Hailing from Mysore, Shesh studied engineering in the prestigious technology institute NITK Surathkal.
After spending 3 years in the corporate world in Bengaluru, Shesh moved to the US to understand and gain exposure to the dynamics of western economy. He spent 8 years in the US including multiple stints in Wall Street.
It was in 2014 he moved to India and founded the BHIVE Group.
Monnappa Bayavanda
Monnappa is an alumnus of NITK Surathkal and IIM Ahmedabad and has rich experience in the e-commerce and supply chain consulting domains. He joined BHIVE from Amazon India where he was part of the category management team and was involved in the launch of Amazon.in. Prior to Amazon, he spent nearly 9 years at supply chain major i2 technologies, consulting at clients spread across Europe, Australia and US. He enjoys playing football and squash and is also into long distance running and biking. He considers a trip to the Mumbai marathon a pilgrimage and has completed 9 full marathons there since his first one in 2010. Thanks to his long standing support of Arsenal FC, he firmly believes that patience is a virtue!
Arun Narayan
Arun has been associated with Bhive since April 2014 as an Investor and Advisor. He joined the team full time staring June 2018. He continues to be associated with the UK India Business Council (UKIBC) since July 2014, prior to which he was with the Irish Government’s trade body – IDA Ireland.
He comes with a mix of private sector and Govt/Semi Govt experience across industries and in growing Bilateral Trade between India, Ireland and UK. He has worked across Industries like FMCG, Telecom and BFSI with companies like American Express, Coca Cola and Bharti Airtel.
Arun is also an active Early stage Investor and Advisor to companies across sectors and is involved specifically in business growth, financial planning and fund raising with these companies.
He holds a Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and an EPBM from the Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta. He is also a trained Six Sigma practitioner.
Ravindra M.K.
Ravindra is an alumnus of SJCE Mysore and has done MBA from SDM, Mysore. He started his career in general insurance brokerage and moved towards consulting in SAP. He is the go to marketing guy at BHIVE and has been driving huge number of startup events at BHIVE.
Durgesh Kaushik
“Durgesh kaushik a start-up advisor/mentor & currently is the India Head of Snapchat. Previously, he was the CMO at Edureka. He led marketing at InfoStretch, a Silicon Valley start-up, was a part of the core SMB Marketing team at Facebook in EMEA and APAC and was selected by Reliance for their flagship Jio Young Leadership Program (JYLP). He worked at Jio as DGM-Product Marketing, leading the digital marketing strategy and SMB marketing. He is a recognized marketing leader with over 100,000 followers on Facebook.
He holds an MBA degree from University of California - Irvine and an engineering degree in IT from NSIT, Delhi University.”
