A GRE at BHIVE Workspace, ensures that all members of the company are well attended to by being attentive to detail and sensitive to needs and requirements.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Attend to customers directly and through phone calls courteously and promptly
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently
- Co-ordinate with other departments for day to day activities.
- Collect payments, manage inventory sheets & petty cash.
- Regulate the usage of the workspace by managing Pass, Access Card & Member ID etc.
Qualification and Experience:
- Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Hospitaly/Hotel Managementcan apply.

- 1+ years of administration/operations/Customer Service can apply.
